Who You Are and What You Will Be Doing:

You are a P&C (People & Culture) specialist with at least 2 years of experience in the HR field. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy tackling challenges, adapt quickly, and maintain a flexible approach.

Skills:

• Experience in organizing and facilitating the full recruitment life cycle.

• Experience in organizing and facilitating onboarding.

• Managing ATS and HRIS systems, Datacompliance and flow.

• Maintaining the LinkedIn page.

• Conducting LinkedIn sourcing.

Additionally, you:

• Have experience working in games.

• Fluent in English.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of in-game positions (Programmers, Artists, Designers, etc.).

• Create and publish job advertisements for various positions.

• Manage the ATS and review applications.

• Participate in interviews and final decision-making.

• Establish and support the onboarding process.

• Maintain the company’s LinkedIn page (gather information for future posts, take photos, write and publish content).

• Conduct LinkedIn sourcing.

• Collaborate with various team members regarding recruitment and onboarding needs.

• Perform administrative tasks and support colleagues in various HR related questions

Practical Information:
